Talley’s Pier 77 Marine has been recognized for outstanding sales and exceptional customer service from Regal Boats for the 2018 model year. Talley’s Pier 77 Marine was awarded the Presidents Club award for unit sales which only awarded to the top 10 Regal Dealers World Wide! While achieving great sales is important and certainly one of our goals, Customer Service is our main focus. Talley’s Pier 77 Marine was also awarded the Platinum Award for CSI which is awarded to Regal Dealers with outstanding CSI scores from Customer Surveys. Duane Kuck, President of Regal Boats, presented the two awards to the entire Talley’s Pier 77 Marine team. He expressed how rare it is to be a top performing dealer in sales volume as well as have outstanding Customer Service.
Talley’s Pier 77 Marine is often a recipient of these two awards year after year. In 2004 and 2016 Talley’s Pier 77 Marine was awarded the 1st Place award for Outstanding Customer Service.
